Python is a general-purpose, high-level programming language whose design philosophy emphasizes code readability. Python claims to "[combine] remarkable power with very clear syntax", and its standard library is large and comprehensive. Its use of indentation for block delimiters is unique among popular programming languages. This is the former Django Miami Group, since we're merging with PySoFlo I decided to change it to just Python.

South Florida Tech Talks is a meetup that will occur quarterly where we will *talk* about technology at a mid to high level point of view. The topics that will be covered include: HTML / CSS, Javascript / Javascript frameworks, Databases, Ruby / Rails, PHP, Python, mobile development, version control, deployment, etc. The presenters are experts in the subject and will allow for discussion after each talk.
